September is underway and we are working on creating our first community guide from Macaroni KID Houma! Our community guides are put together with love and care as I know how busy it is at this time of year for local parents. Fall brings many festivals to the Houma, Thibodaux area that are not only fun but make great memories for local families.
We're not only adding more local events like low-cost or free family-friendly events, fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, and kid's night, but also adding resources and free events that families in the Houma-Thibodaux can take advantage of.
I'd also like to highlight this monthly event for families in the area that happens tomorrow, Friday, September 6, 2025. Every first Friday of the month, the community is invited to participate in The Terrebonne General Mobile Care Clinic at the East Branch in Houma with access to free health screenings and consultations as a way to take charge of your health.
