For the past four years, I've helped families in New Iberia, Abbeville and Breaux Bridge discover great local events and resources as the Publisher for Macaroni KID New Iberia Abbeville Breaux Bridge. Now, I am excited to extend my coverage to the Houma - Thibodaux area. I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, and huge advocate for supporting the smaller, sometimes forgotten cities and towns that make up the heart of the Acadiana and Bayou Region.

5. Fill A Bag for $2 Book Sale - Lafourche Parish Public Library - All Branches

The Lafourche Parish Public Library and Friends of the Lafourche Parish Public Library will be holding their annual Book Sale this August. Bags will be provided and attendees can shop for items to fill up their bags for only $2.00 per bag.
